Nash County Miracle Park at Coopers
3471 Joyner Road, Elm City, NC 27822
This park features several activities and amenities that are open to the public, including two baseball and softball fields, two outdoor basketball courts, two soccer fields, a walking trail, a special events lawn and an all-inclusive playground that provides activities that children with special needs can access. Hours are 8 am - 5 pm, Monday- Sunday.
Bailey/Middlesex Community Park
8104 Stoney Hill Church Rd, Bailey, NC 27807
The park is complete with a walking track, a play station for kids, two multipurpose ball fields, sand volleyball court, and a building with bathrooms and concessions. Hours of operation are from 8 am until dusk, weather permitting.
J.W. Glover Memorial Park
This park consists of 4 baseball/softball fields, 2 basketball courts, 1 football field, and 1 multi-use field. Bathrooms are located in the center of the park in the same building as the concession stand. The park is surrounded by a 0.7 mile walking track. Hours are from 7 am - 10 pm.
Spring Hope Community Park
401 McLean Street, Spring Hope, NC 27882
A multipurpose park with ball fields, tennis courts, basketball court, shelters, playground and restroom facilities. Hours are from 8 am - 8 pm, Monday - Sunday.
W.B Ennis Memorial Park
N Old Carriage Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804
The playground structure features overhead climbing, traditional climbers, and plenty of slides. Additionally, a Single Post Swing Frame with Shade to provide swinging opportunities to children of all ages through belt and bucket swing seats. The Inclusive Orbit, a ground-level merry-go-round that is designed to accommodate a mobility device. Also included is a sensory park with Grounds For Play musical instruments. Within the park are our Flowers, Lily Pad Cymbals, Tuned Drums, and Contrabass Chimes. Hours are from 8 am- 8pm, Monday - Sunday.
