Monday's Tropical Weather Update is attached with a short summary below. - Tropical Storm Force Winds could be expected Wednesday evening. - Main impacts will primarily be Thursday. - 39 mph gusts - 2-6 inches of rain is possible - Major flooding of rivers is not expected. Some flash flooding is possible. - Downed trees and power lines are possible in some areas. - Higher amounts of wind and rain are expected the further east you go towards the coast. - Low risk of isolated tornadoes. Still, need to be observant. - Quiet weather likely for Friday afternoon. - Discussions are being had of potential Coastal Shelters being established along the I-95 corridor. - State of Emergency is prepared and will be signed tomorrow.
